What to expect on your FIRST VISIT...


​Your evaluation will take place with your therapist in one of our private treatment rooms. 
Together, we’ll review your medical history, discuss your complaints and symptoms, and your goals.
PLEASE  bring all pertinent health history information with you, including a current medication list.

  • Allow 60-90 minutes for the initial evaluation.
  • We do a complete physical evaluation at your first appointment.  
  • We use state of the art biofeedback to design and direct your treatment with the goal of restoring your pelvic floor and core muscle function and control. 
  • We’ll discuss our treatment plan and goals, visit frequency and estimated time frame to reach these goals.  
  • We may use manual therapy techniques, exercise with the enhancement of biofeedback, and other traditional physical therapy modalities to normalize muscle function.​
